Like all Gurdwaras (Sikh temples) the place serves 24×7 Langar (free kitchen/food) to anyone. One has to sit in pangat (everyone in-spite of their financial, caste or any differences have to sit together with no favoritism) , where the Langar is served with slow chants of God’s name. The langar is served to more than 70000 people daily that reaches up to more than a lac people on festivals.
